v8.22-5670 hwinfo crashing

since the latest update i've noticed that hw info is crashing after a while, i can't pinpoint on how long or why but by the time i decide to restart my system i see that hw info is not running in the background

i restart my system once a day mostly or once every 2-3 days, after restarting i check if my hw info is running and yes it is running at start up nice and good but after a while its crashing and i notice that only when i'm going to restart my system

anyone else facing this issue? is this a common problem with fixes available? its the first time this is happening for me

Try to Reset Preferences in HWiNFO and if that won't help, please attach the Debug File of the crash: https://www.hwinfo.com/forum/threads/read-this-before-submitting-a-report.241/

hey martin thanks for the tip on preferences reset, i'll try and check if hwinfo crashes again or if i was just unlucky twice.

i turned on the debug mode after seeing your reply but had to turn it off noticing its disk usage 5MB/s write on a minimum
i'll consider going to that stage if i can replicate the crash/ experience it again.
if you dont see any update assume i'm going good

That's NVIDIA library. Try to upgrade GPU drivers.
