Some Undervolt Offsets Not Reported Accurately

No undervolt applied via Bios - Offsets done via Throttlestop upon OS boot/login.
Throttlestop runs before HWiNFO runs.

ThrottleStop CPU Voltage Offset Settings:
CPU Core @ -130.9mV
CPU P Cache @ -120.1mV
System Agent @ -40.0mV
Intel GPU @ -40.0mV
iGPU Unslice @ -40.0mV
CPU E Cache @ -90.8mV

HWiNFO Reported Voltages:
IA Voltage Offset @ 0.029V
GT Voltage Offset @ -0.040V
CLR Voltage Offset @ 0.029V
GT Media Voltage Offset @ -0.040V
SA Voltage Offset @ -0.040V
L2 E-core Voltage Offset @ -0.091V

Looks like its just the Cpu Core & Cpu P Cache Offsets that are not being reported correctly for some reason.
I tried exiting HW, close TS, restart TS, restart HW - values remain the same.

I noticed this after updating to HW 8.11-5550, although it seems to have been this way for some time now as I resinstalled the previous version I was running (8.05-5490) and the reporting is also not accurate.

If those offsets are applied to the V/F curve (not a static offset), then you need to look for the "Voltage/Frequency Curve:" values in main window of HWiNFO.
Sensor values in HWiNFO don't show the entire V/F curve values.

These correct? The only other thing that comes to mind is a Bios update I did about a month or so ago on my notebook that could be causing this - Asus IS kinda weird(annoying) about their notebook Bios' & settings (or lack thereof).

Yes, those. Note, that HWiNFO doesn't constantly read those values during runtime. So, if they were changed, you will need to restart HWiNFO to read them again.
