Just an update, months have gone by. I have updated the bios a few times, have updated HWiNFO a few times and nothing has resolved. It still displays the same ridiculous values, even with a different brand of memory. In that time I haven't had any real issues, I tested three different ram kits all showed similar values(all passed memtest etc), clearly the reported values are incorrect as the system wouldn't be working if it was.
