Hardware: ASRock B650 Steel Legend Wi Fi; Ryzen 7700; 32GB Crucial Vengeance DDR5 6000MT/s CL30 RAM
OS: Windows 10 Home 64 bit
HWiNFO: 8.24-5700
I've been using HWiNFO for many years. I just installed it on a newly built machine, this is the first time I've had reason to doubt what it is reporting.
The DDR5 RAM on this system defaults to a 2.4GHz clock (4800 MT/s DDR), at timings of 40/40/40/77.
I enabled the RAM EXPO settings via the BIOS, which reports the RAM settings as 6000MT/s with timings of 30/36/36/76.
However I noticed that HWiNFO consistently shows the RAM as running at the default speed and timing. The system summary shows the XMP and EXPO timings that the RAM supports, but does not recognise that the EXPO timings have been applied. I have double-checked in the BIOS, and it confirms the EXPO settings are applied.
I think there are two possible explanations-
Note- The DBG file was too large for the forum to upload, even when compressed with zip. I hope 7z format is ok.

I think there are two possible explanations-
- HWiNFO is incorrectly reading the DEFAULT settings from the RAM/Motherboard, instead of the CURRENT (active) settings
- The motherboard BIOS is broken and the RAM speed settings are not actually being applied
