    PSU drops to 0

If the latest Beta version won't help, please attach the HWiNFO Debug File so I can check in detail what's going on.

    PSU drops to 0

It could be due to a conflict when running multiple apps accessing the PSU. Try to run without MSI Center. Also try the latest HWiNFO Beta build v8.23, it has improved support of MSI PSUs.

FPS shows zero (the new normal?)

Ah, that sensor is internal GPU and not very reliable. Watch the PresentMon one.

HWINFO64 keep Ecore thermal throttle status instead of clearing it on Intel MTL/ARL

With a polling rate of 2000 ms (or even 100 ms) how big would be the chance that software would catch the non-sticky flag? It would miss 99% of short spikes. Intel is aware of this issue on latest generations, yet haven't provided any clue why it happens.

Laptop shutdown when HWINFO64 is running

Hard to say what could be causing this without seeing the HWiNFO Debug File. Maybe try to disable monitoring of the MSI EC sensor or entire "EC Support" in main settings.

Regarding the issue of the VDDCR_SOC voltage of the 9950X3D suddenly increasing as displayed by Hwinfo.

Among all those others, I think only Fan Control can collide with HWiNFO. Can you try to run without it if you'll see those spikes in HWiNFO?

Thanks, I'm analyzing the dump.. Are you perhaps running also some other monitoring/tweaking fan/RGB control software?
