Several fields empty

I have just installed HWiNFO, upon install it asked if I wanted to update to its newest version, I declined. On the side of the main page it lists several different fields for analysis, Central Processor(s), Motherboard, Memory, Bus, Video Adapter, Monitor, Drives, Audio, Network, and Ports. The first three work, however everything after Memory shows nothing. I'm not very hardware savvy, so I can't read most of it anyway, and I don't know what "Bus" even means, but I assume based on everything else that it's something basic, essential, and that I definitely have. Is there a reason it's all blank?

You need to expand those nodes, there are several ways to do that - double-click the item, click the arrow to the left, or expand all nodes by right-clicking the item.
