Remote Monitoring

Hi Everyone!
I hate to ask such a simple question, but I haven't been able to find an answer elsewhere. I'm trying to remotely monitor a laptop from another desktop on my network. HWinfo is running on the laptop with the Server Role box checked. HWinfo is running on the desktop, with the laptop listed in the Connection List with the status stuck on Connecting. Both systems are running Windows 11. Open to any suggestions, even stuff that might seem obvious because it's certainly possible I missed something.

If both systems are unable to connected, it might be blocked by firewall. Windows Firewall should automatically popup a prompt but others might be different.
Another issue might be that "Shared Memory Support" option isn't enabled on the remote system.

Shared Memory Support is enabled on the remote system. I just manually allowed HWinfo through the firewall on the remote system. Now Connection Status says Connected, but I do not see any information from the remote system listed anywhere.

Scroll to the bottom of the sensors list. Sensors from remote systems show with [COMPUTER_NAME] prepended.
