PSU drops to 0

Hi

My MSI ai1300p PSU values such as Power, temperature, efficiency values drop to 0 on HWINO for one second in certain scenarios like exiting games or pc going to sleep.

I checked MSI center PSU monitoring to see if it was was giving the same result but it did not

Is this concerning or more likely a bug?

It could be due to a conflict when running multiple apps accessing the PSU. Try to run without MSI Center. Also try the latest HWiNFO Beta build v8.23, it has improved support of MSI PSUs.

i tried without msi center but it still does that.

I wonder if unplugging the psu USB cable might help…
Do you know what else i should do?

If the latest Beta version won't help, please attach the HWiNFO Debug File so I can check in detail what's going on.
