No package c-state info in hwinfo, does this mean package c-states are disabled?

As title says there is no lines at all for package c-state not even C0 state, does this mean its disabled on the system?

I need more details. What system is that, what CPU? Screenshot?

Well the good news is I have confirmed it is off in the bios, I haven't tried it on though as I am not that bothered. But if you want me to, I will turn it on briefly just to see if it pops up.

Core c-states are visible.

Its a Asrock Z690 Steel Legend D4 board
CPU 13700k.
