Intel TXT enabled but SMX is not present

Hi.

So, i enabled the Intel TXT in the BIOS, but HWinfo reported that Safer Mode Extension (Intel TXT) isn't present.
Is it being masked by Hyper-V or something? because HWinfo also says the BIOS doesn't support VMX even though the option is visible in the BIOS and can be enable/disable, if i disable VMX, it'll break everything that utilize virtualization. It's kind of confusing because if Total Memory Encryption is enabled, HWinfo will show Total Memory Encryption = Present.
Here's the proof:

Yes, it could be masked by Virtualization being active.
So, Hyper-V is what caused the Safer Mode Extension = Not Present? Is there a way to disable it? Because i have turned off the VMX to automatically disable the HCVI and other Hyper-V related settings, but some of Hyper-V services still running according to Windows System Information.
