It should work if its a standard GIF format that windows image viewer can read. Make sure your on the latest (currently v1.2.8). If its not working, attach your gif here so I can take a look or hop on to discord and upload it there.

It’s already included in the latest version.
Depends on what you mean:
2 panels on normal monitors (i.e. HDMI, DisplayPort, etc.) - Yes, enable a second panel in the Profiles section and place it where you want it
1 panel on a monitor and one on an external display - Yes, set up the monitor panel as above and then enable the display in the USB panels section of the settings window and specify what panel to use
2 different external displays - I think so, I don't have the hardware to check but you should be able to switch on two different panel profiles (i.e. a 3.5" & an 8.8")
2 identical external displays - Again I don't have the hardware but I don't think so, there's no obvious way to enable 2 8.8" panels for example
Edit: If you mean the same panel design on two different normal monitors you might need to export the design and reimport it with a different name to get two copies of it running.

I tried hard and solved it.
good hearted brother. I tried for a few hours and understood the logic. but none of them are written. no explanation ???? 1 - first "openweathermap.org" membership is required. 2 - then "key" will be copied from the apikey tab. 3 - then "home" will be gone from "infopanel design". 4 - then "weaather info - openweathermap" line will be gone from "bundled plugin". 5 - then "open config file" will be clicked. the city will be entered into the "ini" file that opens. 6 - save will be made with ctrl+s. then 7 - "RELOAD"" will be done. then the objects you want will be taken from the library in the "design" tab. I had a hard time solving it. others will never know. please add these to the explanation. I loved your program. it works great.
