'Ideal' Sensors to Display? (Ryzen 7 5800x & 2070 Super)

Recently, I've been getting more serious about making sure my temps and what not are within an ideal range and I added the HWiNFO plugin to my Stream Deck, however - I want to make sure I'm tracking the most important things.

• If you had to pick 6 sensors to specifically display on my deck, which would they be?
  • I'm currently only displaying 3 things; my CPU Die (average), GPU Temp & GPU Hot Spot.
• In the HWiNFO plugin on my Stream Deck, there's a 'Min/Max' field....I'm assuming I'd enter the 'Minimum' value from HWiNFO for the specified sensor as well as the 'Maximum' value?

That's a quite good choice but the minimum temperature isn't very useful. I'd pick current and/or Max.
