No, not really.
Dont have a clue why HWiNFO can trigger the CPU in such way, and I am using the software daily for years now, on AM4 platform since Zen2 came out. I have a Zen3 now on it.

As I mentioned before, I have set the power plan exactly like that.

In order to submit a bug report, please include the following information:

1. HWiNFO32/64 Report File (HTM or TXT preferred)
2. HWiNFO32/64 Debug File (HWiNFO32.DBG or HWiNFO64.DBG)

In case the application crashes or you are not able to create a Report File, please submit only the Debug File. This will help to find the reason of crash.
In order to create the Debug File, HWiNFO32/64 needs to be run in Debug Mode. This can be enabled: right after starting HWiNFO32/64 click the Settings button and navigate to the "Safety" tab.

Not sure but maybe it can show something as long as this high CPU usage can be replicated during this logging.

I have not managed to be on my PC for a while. I will try that, do I have to click "Logging Start" for that?
