I actually have OPENRGB installed and I am not seeing high CPU die temps but I did do a fresh windows install and made sure to have ARMORY CRATE disabled from installing in the BIOS.

Update for me the issue appears to be having Armory Crate installed was causing my CPU DIE temp spikes. Uninstalling Armory Crate I have seen my CPU DIE temps drop and the most I have seen my CPU DIE temp reach is 88C while gaming but my CPU temp is 73c. I know this does not help everyone else...
