Ignoring CPU temperature reports of 0

My 12400F occasionally reports a temperature reading of 0 and this is not correct but Core Temp and HWiNFO64 both count this as part of the minimum even though they should not be counting it at all. Could there be a HWiNFO64 option to ignore temperatures of 0 just like there's one to ignore subzero temperatures?

There's an option to define "Invalid if:" in Sensor Settings -> Customize.
