Was working fine then the software wouldn't launch anymore

HWINFO (paid) was running fine until I updated my Adrenalin driver and had a Windows Update pushed. After that HWInfo would no longer run properly when I try to use the built in OSD. It would just crash and I couldn't use the OSD nor HWINFO anymore. I had to uninstall and reinstall and then not OSD for it to run. If I try to run OSD it would crash once again. Repeat ad nauseum. I do have .dmp files but I don't know how to read it. Can someone help?

That looks like a bug in GPU drivers (OSD uses DirectX). Try to reinstall them and/or reboot the system.

Thank you for replying. Do you mean re-install the GPU drivers or HWInfo or both?

EDIT: I guess I'll DDU the current drivers and update with the latest drivers and then reinstall HWINFO.

GPU drivers. If that won't help try to also Reset Preferences in HWiNFO.
