Warning (PCI Lock) suddenly appearing

Recently upgraded my cpu and Motherboard and have begun getting these errors seemingly at random, Though I found out I can force it to happen by opening 3DMark. Which is what I did to get the included logs. Have never seen this before and was wondering if there was anything I needed to do to fix it or just hit Ignore next time it pops up and forget about it?

It is, however using both programs together for years now have never given this error. Im just curious if it was caused by updating hwinfo or some sort of hardware issue on my end

It was HWiNFO update. I added this warning because many users were wondering why sometimes HWiNFO was laggy or didn't respond. Now it explains why...

Awesome. Thank you. While info was sparse some light googling brought up at least one person having similar issues that ended up being their boot drive.
