Reported Memory Speed Wrong

Hey everyone. I have the following build:

For some reason, HWINFO is reporting my memory speed at 3194.2MHz when it should be 3200MHz.

Also, since i built this system, I have been experiencing virtual memory management problems detailed here:

Would very much appreciate any advice.

This is a 100% clean installation. I prepared a windows 11 USB using Microsoft's tool, let it update during install, and installed missing drivers after windows had started. Software installed with freshly downloaded installers includes steam, discord, chrome, firefox, teracopy, 7zip, MS office, zoom, VLC, NZXT CAM, hwinfo, slack. I only mention this to show that I didn't move anything from an old system that may bring with it malware.

Could this be caused by a RAM hardware issue?

Memory clock is tied to bus clock (BCLK) and if BCLK isn't exactly 100 MHz, then you see such difference. It's common for BCLK to be slightly lower due to SSC.

Thank you Martin! Since I reinstalled, I haven't gotten a crash like I reported in my previous thread, but virtual memory usage still seems to be relatively high. Any suggestions?
