Over the past few months, I've been getting (at random times) stuttering on my setup that has then gone to either the computer restarting, or the display output not registering to the monitors, or sometimes, just everything freezing and then going to a restart on its own, very annoying to try and diagnose. I'm honestly not sure what is happening. I have considered updating the BIOS but I'm worried that something out of my control would go wrong and cause my computer to not work anymore.
Specs:
CPU - Intel i5 11400F 12M
Motherboard - Gigabyte Z590 Aorus Elite
GPU - Nvidia RTX 3060
Small edit: its short since I recorded and stopped recording since I wasn't sure how long it was going to go on for, or if before I'd stop recording my computer would freeze up entirely and restart.
