PC randomly black screen and reboots. Not sure if logs detected anything

Hello, so I've been experiencing various black screen crashes ever since I upgraded my CPU to a Ryzen 5500. I have since changed my motherboard, drives and power supply. Nothing is overclocked. I have a log file that was running when the system crashed. I saw some differing numbers in a few sections relating to the CPU. Not sure if they mean anything so I want to know if any of you can give me more info as I don't really have any extra hardware to swap out and try. I uploaded the file here, hopefully it works.
