Pc only crashes when i have hwinfo open during stress tests

Hello, so ive been stress testing for weeks and ik my cpu and my ram is stable now. For weeks i could run hwinfo with my stress tests without any issues. But this week EVERYTIME i have hwinfo open when i run y cruncher then my pc crashes. But when its closed y cruncher passes and everything is fine.

Im running a 14900k at 6ghz and 7200mhz ram on a z790-e gaming so i assume maybe the high clock speeds may explain why?

Are you perhaps running some other monitoring tools during that time too?
Would be useful to catch that crash in the HWiNFO Debug File.
