Need a little help.

I am getting a lot of PCIe errors and i can not figure out what the problem is.
When first powering on, it will hang and stop booting. DR Debug will show code 16.
I then hold the power button and force it to shut off. Press the power button again and it will power on fine.
So here i am trying to figure out this problem and need help.
