Intel Arc B-series GPUs "Memory Throttle Reasons" missing in v8.24

Hello,
With HWiNFO's latest v8.24 update, the "Memory Throttle Reasons" of Intel Arc B-series dGPUs, or on the B580 Limited Edition at least, is missing from Sensors. GPU Throttle Reasons is unaffected and v8.23 correctly shows both.
The currently latest WHQL and latest beta Intel graphics driver (32.0.101.6651 and 32.0.101.6732 respectively) doesn't make a difference, and the Intel Graphics Software's Performance section can still show the VRAM Temperature Limited, etc. metrics.

This was intentionally removed as Intel recently clarified that these flags were not working and will be never triggered.
