HWINFO64 8.24 Causing HP Omen 35L HyperX ram RGB Effects to Freeze, then not to show up in Sensor Panel, Prior Version Worked

After updating to version 8.24 every time I open HWINFO64 and while it is reading the sensor info the RGB effects freeze on my ram, then when the panel opens the ram doesn't show up. I had no such issues with the previous version of HWINFO. I am using the Omen Gaming Hub software to control the RGB and fan curves. The sticks are Kingston Fury Beast 16 gig x2, KF556C36BBEA-32. They are stock from HP. No software updates except HWINFO64.

Sorry but I need DBG file which captures also start of HWiNFO. Debug Mode needs to be enabled prior to launching HWiNFO scan.

Thanks, I will try to fix this in the next (Beta) build.
But I'm wondering if HWiNFO shows the memory modules at least the first time after a clean boot.

Please try the new v8.25-5705 Beta and let me know the result. Prior to running it, please do a shutdown to clear any previous erratic state.
If the problem wasn't solved, please attach a new DBG file after shutdown.

Hi Martin, the fix worked. I am using the 5705 beta and it's working. No RGB lock up and the 2 sticks show up again. Thanks.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm curious how the modules appear now because they seem to be using a different part number in HP. Could you please attach a new Debug File so I can check that?
