HWiNFO hung at detecting ATA/SCSI drives... process can't be killed

Task Mgr End Task doesn't work.
taskkill /f doesn't work.

ERROR: The process "HWiNFO64.EXE" with PID 16136 could not be terminated.
Reason: Access is denied.

I'll just reboot.
