HWINFO Crashes shortly after starting

Once started, the application quietly crashes. The following message is found through the Security and Maintenance View Reliability history.
Debug mode is set, but there is no Report File. I did have to erase the existing DBG file since it was too big even zipped to upload and then run the application again. I do still have the larger DBG file if needed.
All drivers have recently been updated.

This appears to be the date that the crashes first started. I didn't notice till today when I was setting up Rainmeter.

This seems to be crashing in NVIDIA APIs. Try to upgrade or reinstall NVIDIA GPU drivers.
 
Thought that might be the case given the fault module reference. I've updated and so far so good.
