HP Z4 G4 Workstation with Xeon W-2133 shows empty memory list

I have an HP Z4 G4 Workstation with a Xeon W-2133 with 128GB of RAM (4 x 32GB ECC) and the memory list is empty (i.e. no drop down in Summary, empty Memory info)

I'm using version 8.20-5640 but this also happened on previous builds so it's not new.

I'm attaching a report and debug log, edited to remove serial numbers.

Let me know if you need more info no matter how technical (30+ years IT experience, hardware and software)

Such systems usually feature proprietary locks or muxes on I2C lines that need to be enabled/switched in order to access the DIMM SPDs.
And since this is proprietary we can't support it unless the vendor provides the required information (which doesn't happen in most cases).
