I noticed that HWINFO shows too high GPU chip power draw for my MSI Shadow 3X OC 5070 Ti while GPU-Z shows the same value as board power and GPU power is lower, I had Gigabyte Gaming OC 4070 Super (sold it already) it was always like 8w idle GPU power, I get the feeling for 4070Super HWINFO showed GPU power while for 5070Ti it shows board power as GPU power while GPU-Z shows Board power\GPU power separately. Please check it.
