I seem to be getting similar readings in HWiNFO64 as well. I run Fan Control V168 to control all of my fans. If I close Fan Control and reset all of HWiNFO's stats then leave it for a few hours everything is fine, but if Fan Control is running then I get similar results to the screenshot...
