If you're running Windows Vista or Windows 7, you just double click the file to install and it will open.  If you have Windows XP or Windows 8/8.1, then you can't use this as these operating systems don't have Sidebar Gadgets...

RE: System not recognized correctly...??? The update to the Rainmeter plugin is done. This should prevent any change in hardware from affecting the information being passed to Rainmeter. It should also prevent invalid readings of -9999 from being displayed...
