    Corsair HXi Series 2025 (HX1200i, HX1500i) supported?

Ok. The HX1200i only has a new PID because of the additional 8-pin connectors. The correct image needed to show up in iCUE. Everything about that PSU is the same as the old one. Boss man just wanted to bundle the nicer debossed cables with combs.

    Corsair HXi Series 2025 (HX1200i, HX1500i) supported?

I don't know why the 1500 isn't showing up. It's not a new PSU. It's just new cables. Should have the same PID. Now, 1200W has a new PID because there's an additional 8-pin connector on the modular interface because the number of 12V-2x6 got increased to two......

Corsair HX1000i ATX3.1 incorrect Input voltage displayed

Maybe yours doesn't do it? Seriously, it was a very loud minority of five or six users that complained, but they were all over Reddit which amplifies things, so we decided the extra 2 or 3% efficiency boost at 2-5% load wasn't worth it.

Corsair HX1000i ATX3.1 incorrect Input voltage displayed

1C07 is only for the HX100i with the blue font. The newer one is 1C1E. There are no other PIDs. I found out that the firmware was touched to adjust for a lower standby efficiency (removed the burst mode to rid of the clicking noise some customers reported) and the programmer not only failed...

Corsair HX1000i ATX3.1 incorrect Input voltage displayed

Well... I can't ship a DediProg SF100 to every user, can I? ;-) Yeah. I was going to WFH today, but after finding a number of missteps made, I'm going to be in the lab noting all of the issues with this firmware. :(

Corsair HX1000i ATX3.1 incorrect Input voltage displayed

Correct. As 230V has an overall higher efficiency.

Corsair HX1000i ATX3.1 incorrect Input voltage displayed

I am familiar with Jayz and his testing is very unscientific. He made a lot of assumptions. And he is wrong. He correlated the play in the terminals to "wear and tear", when, in fact, the play in the terminals are there by design. Fun fact! The reason he saw better conductivity the more he...

Corsair HX1000i ATX3.1 incorrect Input voltage displayed

Same reason as always. If you brick the firmware of a keyboard, you can use another keyboard. If you brick the firmware on the PSU, your whole PSU is down for the count.

Corsair HX1000i ATX3.1 incorrect Input voltage displayed

Unfortunately, it cannot be updated by the end user. Not sure how important it is to the end user, but I suppose you could send it back if it bothers you. Just give me some time to give the support team a heads up.

Corsair HX1000i ATX3.1 incorrect Input voltage displayed

My point was that the box and cable kit doesn't make the PSU itself different. That's all. As for the dimple vs. spring: CWT was never authorized to change the terminal. They did so without telling us and now we are trying to get them to change back to the dimples. The spring terminals have...

Corsair HX1000i ATX3.1 incorrect Input voltage displayed

You are somewhat correct, but red-ray is also correct. There are technically only two variants. Just because the cable selection changes, doesn't mean it gets a new PID or even a new RPS part number, for that matter. Also, there is no such thing as a H++ cable. The PCIe 5.1 spec only changed...

Corsair HX1000i ATX3.1 incorrect Input voltage displayed

Thanks for the heads up. Oversight on my part. I'll look into it now. EDIT: Someone flipped a register in the firmware. 115V mains reports 230V. 230V mains reports 115V.
